Old Bay Aioli

Step One

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk with lemon juice, and garlic.

Step Two

While whisking rapidly, slowwwwly add the oil until it is emulsified and looks like an off-colored mayonnaise.

Step Three

Add the old bay, whisk it in gently. Taste for salt, you may or may not need to add some because Old Bay is salty.


Serve with any fish, meat or chicken!
